Cancellations & Quality Claims

1. Custom Manufacturing Orders

MUHONG APPAREL primarily manufactures products to confirmed customer specifications.

Because orders involve custom development, material purchasing, and production commitments, changes and cancellations depend on the stage of the order and the agreed terms.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be restricted once materials have been purchased, sampling has commenced, or production has begun.

Requests will be reviewed according to the confirmed order terms, work completed, costs already incurred, and applicable legal obligations.

Approved changes may require additional charges or a revised production schedule.

3. Returns for Change of Preference

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns solely due to a change of preference, provided they conform to the agreed specifications.

This does not limit remedies for verified manufacturing defects, contractual non-conformity, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Reporting Quality Concerns

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

Suspected defects, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported within the inspection period specified in the order agreement, or otherwise within a reasonable time.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • The relevant order reference.

  • A description of the concern.

  • The affected styles, sizes, and quantities.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

5. Claim Review

We will review reported concerns against the confirmed specifications, approved samples, applicable tolerances, and expressly agreed quality standards.

Additional information may be requested to establish the nature, extent, and cause of the issue.

6. Resolutions & Refunds

Where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity attributable to MUHONG APPAREL is verified, a resolution may include repair, replacement, rework, credit, partial refund, or another mutually agreed remedy.

Cancellation-related refunds, where applicable, will be assessed according to the agreed order terms, production stage, costs incurred, and applicable law.

7. Applicable Agreements & Rights

Order-specific written agreements take precedence as described in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
