Shipping & Delivery

1. International Shipping

MUHONG APPAREL supports international shipping arrangements for confirmed manufacturing orders.

Shipping methods, freight charges, destinations, and applicable trade terms will be agreed upon before shipment.

2. Production & Transit Times

Production lead times and shipping transit times are separate.

Estimated production schedules are covered by our Sampling & Production policy. Shipping estimates will be communicated according to the selected transport method and destination.

3. Delivery Terms & Risk

Where an Incoterms® 2020 rule is expressly agreed, delivery obligations, costs, and transfer of risk will be governed by that rule and the specified delivery location.

The applicable shipping terms will be recorded in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or written order confirmation.

4. Customs, Duties & Destination Charges

Responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and additional destination charges will be allocated according to the agreed shipping terms and applicable laws.

Customers should review these arrangements before confirming shipment.

5. Shipment Inspection

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and report suspected shortages, defects, or discrepancies in accordance with our Cancellations & Quality Claims policy.

Order-specific written agreements take precedence as described in our Terms of Service.
